My name is Bertin Ducas and I am the owner of Paragon Property Inspections. I enjoy spending all my time with my wife & three children and being outdoors. When I am not doing inspection you may catch me hiking, boating, fishing, or hunting. Prior to becoming a Home inspector I owned my own Construction business here in CT specializing in framing, siding, remodeling, and Commercial Construction. I also worked as a project supervisor for a mid size contracting company here in CT. I have always loved to work with my hands and figure out how things worked. That is why I knew doing inspections would be perfect for me. From the perspective of a CT Licensed Realtor, Bert does a fantastic job on my client's Home Inspections. He is extremely thorough, very patient with my client's children (even let them help!) and made everyone feel at ease as he explained his findings.
