By using our website or scheduling services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Paragon Property Inspections LLC offers professional home inspection services, including but not limited to general home inspections, radon testing, mold inspections, and other related services. Our services are based on the information you provide through our scheduling platform and other communication channels.
2. Scheduling and Payment
- Booking: To schedule a home inspection, you must complete our online scheduling form or contact us directly. All requested information, including but not limited to property address and client contact information, must be accurate.
- Payment: Payment for services is due before and/or upon inspection completion unless otherwise agreed upon. Payments may be made through our online payment system or other approved methods.
- Cancellations and Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled inspection. Failure to cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.
3. Inspection Reports
- Inspection Reports: After the inspection is completed, you will receive a detailed report outlining the property’s condition based on our findings. The report is intended for your use only and should not be shared with third parties without our consent.
- Accuracy: We strive to provide accurate and thorough inspection reports; however, Paragon Property Inspections LLC does not guarantee that the inspection will identify all issues with the property. Some problems may be hidden or undetectable at the time of the inspection.

4. Client Responsibilities
- Access: You must ensure that our inspectors have access to all areas of the property, including but not limited to attics, basements, and crawl spaces. If access is denied to any areas, we will not be able to inspect them, and we will not be responsible for any issues that may be found later.
- Information: You must provide accurate and complete information about the property to be inspected, including any known issues or concerns that could affect the inspection process.
- Safety: You are responsible for ensuring that the property is safe for inspection and that no hazards, such as toxic substances or dangerous conditions, exist that could affect the inspector’s health or safety.
